The first AC contactor is connected in parallel with the first normally open switch, one end of the stepping motor is electrically connected with the first relay, and the other end is connected with the zero wire.
The closing circuit includes a second normally open switch, a time relay, a second AC contactor and a second relay. The second normally open switch is connected in series with the time relay, the other end of the second normally open switch is electrically linked to the power source, and the other end of the time relay is connected to the zero wire. And the second AC contactor is connected in parallel with the second normally open switch, and the second relay is connected to time relays in parallel.
The voltage dividing resistor and the normally closed switch are arranged between the first normally open switch and the second normally open switch and the power supply, as well as the voltage dividing resistor and the normally closed switch are connected in series. And the other end of the voltage dividing resistor is connected to the power supply, and at the same time, the other end of the normally closed switch is electrically connected with the first normally open switch and the second normally open switch.
