Use of reaction tank
The reaction tank is a kind of reaction equipment that must be operated with care, otherwise, it can be damaged for many reasons, forcing production to stop.
a. Be sure to operate the reactor in strict accordance with the rules and regulations.
b. Before the operation, check carefully for any abnormalities. In normal operation, do not open the top cover and touch the terminals on the board to avoid electric shock; operation under pressure is strictly prohibited; in the process of testing pressure with nitrogen, observe carefully the changes of the pressure gauge, and close the nitrogen valve switch immediately when the test pressure is reached; the heating speed should not be too fast, and the pressurization should also be carried out slowly, especially the stirring speed, which is only allowed to rise slowly.
c. When the kettle is heated to a higher temperature, do not contact the kettle to avoid scalding; the experiment should be cooled down first afterward. No quick cooling should be allowed to prevent damage caused by excessive temperature pressure differences. Please remember that the power should be unplugged in time.
In addition to the above aspects, we should pay attention to maintenance after using the reactor so that the autoclave can have a better service life.
Maintenance of reaction tank
Reaction tanks are used in large quantities in the chemical industry. Due to the corrosiveness of the medium, reaction conditions hot and cold, transportation, use, man-made and other problems, there will always be such and such damage to the enamel layer, resulting in unnecessary production stops, such as a large area off, it is recommended to only return to the factory to re-enamel. The enamel kettle price is high, and tiny damage when there is no need to update the whole equipment, which requires the selection of a suitable repair method, otherwise, it will make the reactor kettle solvent corrosion, enamel surface damage will rapidly expand, and the resulting production stoppage, safety accidents and environmental pollution and other unpredictable losses.
