Working principle of biosolids dryer
The material enters the inner layer of the rotary drum by the feeding device to achieve downstream drying, and the material is continuously copied up and scattered under the copying board of the inner layer to achieve heat exchange in a spiral marching type, and the material moves to the other end of the inner layer to enter the middle layer for counter-current drying, and the material is repeatedly raised into the middle layer in a marching way of two steps in and one step out, and the material of the middle layer not only completely absorbs the heat emitted from the inner drum, but also absorbs the heat emitted from the middle drum. At the same time, it prolongs the drying time, and the material reaches the best drying state here. The material travels to the other end of the middle layer and falls into the outer layer, the material travels in a rectangular multi-loop way in the outer roller, the material that achieves the drying effect quickly travels under the action of hot air and discharges the roller, the wet material that does not achieve the drying effect cannot travel quickly because of its own weight, the material is fully dried in this rectangular copying plate, thus completing the drying purpose.

|Vacuum tank||The vacuum tank is a jacketed inter-wall heat transfer type, the outer wall insulation structure, the upper part of which is equipped with vacuum filter interface (connected with stainless steel sintered mesh vacuum filter), material entrance (for equipment maintenance and solid material input), thermal medium import and export, temperature gauge orifice, pressure gauge orifice, etc.
|Stirring shaft||The rake arm is welded on the stirring shaft, and the rake arm is equipped with a rake blade (also called copying board) with inclination above the rake arm. The rake blade near the barrel clears the materials attached to the barrel wall during the rotation process, so that the heat transfer surface between the walls is constantly updated, which is conducive to material mixing and heat transfer.

|Transmission mechanism||The transmission mechanism is composed of motor and reducer, the reducer and stirring shaft are directly connected by coupling, and the belt drive between the reducer and motor can avoid the damage to the stirring shaft or seal when the stirring paddle and tank are jammed and undetected due to the unforeseen debris entering the tank. In order to protect the continuous effectiveness of the rotary seal, the drive motor is generally selected with frequency control.

Precaution of using biosolids dryer
