Working principle of cement packing machine
The

Use of cement packing machine

f. Insert the bag, body and the machine to maintain an appropriate distance to prevent injury, is strictly prohibited to touch the operating parts of the equipment.
g. Don't squeeze or kick the cement bag with your hand when filling, so as not to affect the measuring accuracy.
h. It is strictly prohibited for non-job personnel to operate the cement bag sealing machine at this post, and prohibit the operator from crossing the safety cordon.
i. If the package is found to be broken or clogged, it should be stopped immediately and put up the warning sign of "Prohibition of closure" to deal with it.
j. Check whether the rotary device and solenoid valve are flexible and effective, and whether the material outlet is smooth.
Precaution of cement packing machine
a. Turn on the power of the packaging machine before starting the machine, and then turn on the feeding equipment or open the gate, turn off the feeding equipment and gate before shutting down the machine, and then turn off the power of the packaging machine, in order to prevent the packaging machine out of the ash system is blocked.
b. Frequently check the weighing device, pay special attention to the use and maintenance of the traction solenoid. If you find the body shaking too much, you should find out the reason and deal with it in time, and check the tightness of the machine body ground bolts.
c. Operators need to often clean the bagging mechanism, there should be no sassafras, leaning, support, card and other phenomena.
d. In the process of bagging, do not use your hands to press the cement bag, so as not to affect the weighing accuracy.
e. Remove the spring plate on the primary bagging frame must be re-dynamic weighing calibration.
f. The gate seal packing should not be pressed too tightly to avoid affecting the flexibility of the gate switch. It is strictly prohibited to add lubricating oil. If you find that the gate has a tight phenomenon, adjust or replace the new filler in time.
g. The main shaft of the power head of the ash discharge mechanism is lubricated with grease, and the grease is added at least twice a week.
