Working principle of sand dryer

|Installing the barrel and roller ring||Firstly, install the roller ring on the barrel, and the concave joints needed for fixing should be staggered in one positive and one negative configuration. Second, adjust the thickness of the gasket so that the contact between the roller ring and the concave joint maintains the corresponding gap. Do not be consistent, and spot weld the head of the concave joint bolt with the barrel body.
|Installation of large gear||Before installation, check the interface of the butt surface must not have collision marks, clean the contact surface of the gear and the cylinder, then the two halves of the gear carefully and tighten the interface bolts, then the gear will be installed in the cylinder. Rotate the cylinder, check the radial runout and lateral oscillation of the large gear, until the adjustment is qualified.
