Use of emulsifying machine

b. Troubleshooting of abnormal conditions. In the process of emulsifying machine operation, if there is an abnormal sound or other faults should immediately shut down the machine for inspection and troubleshooting before running. Clean the working chamber, stator and rotor after stopping the machine.
c. Keep clean. After using the emulsifier, the internal grooves need to be cleaned. h. Stop adjustment. If there is liquid leakage from the shaft during the operation of the emulsifier, it is necessary to adjust the pressure of the mechanical seal after stopping the machine.
i. Material assurance. Metal shavings or hard debris are strictly prohibited from entering the working chamber of the emulsifier to avoid irreversible damage to the stator and rotor.
Precautions in the operation of emulsifying machine
a. The power supply needs to be connected first. The ground wire of the emulsifying machine needs to be connected reliably to ensure electrical safety. Otherwise, disaster can easily happen.
b. When the power is turned on, you will need to rotate the emulsifier's homogenizing head and observe the orientation of the homogenizing head. From top to bottom, counterclockwise rotation indicates the power supply is correct. If clockwise rotation indicates that the power is reversed, the power supply should be reconnected.
c. The homogenizing head of the emulsifier is strictly prohibited from idling without medium to prevent heat generation, bearing burns and seal deformation.
d. Be sure to fill the vacuum pump tank with water when pumping to prevent the vacuum pump from idling. When starting the vacuum pump for the first time, check whether the vacuum pipe is sealed to prevent air leakage and avoid insufficient vacuum.
e. Before shutting down the vacuum pump, close the ball valve in front of the vacuum pump to prevent condensation gas. When the lid of the pot needs to be lifted, it is necessary to open the air filter to make the pot become normal pressure before lifting it.
f. It is strictly prohibited to open the vacuum pump when it is not closed, if there is a special need, start no more than three minutes to prevent damage.
g. When the material needs to be heated, first ensure that the emulsifier jacket has a heating medium to prevent dry burning and damage to the heating tube.
h. In the process of operating the emulsifier, if there is an abnormal sound, you need to turn off the power immediately to find out the reason before operation.
i. During the operation of the emulsifier, it is strictly prohibited for all parts of the body to enter the pot to prevent accidents.
